We understand that business needs evolve, and we have designed our cancellation and refund policies to be fair and straightforward.
Please review the policy below, which categorizes our services into SaaS Subscriptions, Managed Services, and Custom Solutions.
1. SaaS Subscriptions
Applies to: Mercury Business Operation Suite, Mercury SocialHub CRM, Amalgam Membership System, Mercury ContentFlow AI Suite, and Muses AI.
Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Mercury PartnerPlus dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations will prevent the auto-renewal of your annual plan. Your access will remain active until the end of the current annual term.
Refunds
Monthly Plans: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused periods within a monthly billing cycle.
Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no pro-rated refunds are issued for early cancellation, though service access continues for the remainder of the term.
2. Managed Service Retainers
Applies to: Mercury SEvO (Search Everywhere Optimization) Services, Mercury LLM-SEO (GAIO), and ongoing Marketing Retainers.
Cancellation & Notice Period
Due to the resource-intensive nature of our strategic services, managed service agreements require a 30-day written notice of cancellation.
This ensures our team can responsibly offboard your data, transfer "Answer Assets" and citation reports, and conclude active campaigns without disrupting your digital footprint.

Refunds
Retainer fees are paid in advance for the upcoming month of service and are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
If a cancellation notice is provided mid-month, the final invoice will be pro-rated to cover the 30-day notice period.
3. Custom Integration & Development Projects
Applies to: Customized BlockChain Integration, Customized A.I. Integration, and Bespoke Development.
Cancellation
Project-based contracts are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed at the initiation of the project.
Pre-Kickoff: If a project is cancelled after signing but before the "Kickoff" phase, a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total project value will apply to cover initial allocation and administrative costs.
Active Projects: Once a project is active, cancellation requires payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus a termination fee as outlined in your SOW.
Refunds on Deposits
Initial deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated engineering resources and cover the initial architectural planning phase.
4. Event Tickets & Workshops
Applies to: Mercury-hosted seminars, workshops, and exclusive training sessions.
Refunds: Tickets for Mercury events are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event start date.
Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost up to 24 hours before the event. Please contact us to update the attendee details.
