Embracing Insomnia: A Journey from Sleeplessness to Innovation

For the past nine months, I've been living with what many would describe as insomnia. Technically, my sleep has been limited to about three hours a day, punctuated by frequent awakenings and early mornings without the chance of returning to rest. However, I hesitate to label it as "suffering"—because, in reality, I don't feel that way.
